# Flora Lake Systems

> Flora Lake Systems, LLC (Lakeland, Florida) sells pre-engineered steel and wood panel building packages for ADUs, cabins and homes. Each package is the structural shell for a named plan. The buyer's builder assembles and finishes it.

- Packages include factory-cut steel and wood composite beams, structural wood panels, panel-blocking lumber, fasteners, roof underlayment, shop drawings and an install guide.
- Windows, doors, interior framing lumber, foundation, labor and finishes are not included. On-site training is a separate charge.
- The warranty requires installation by people Flora Lake has trained and approved.
